3 Account Registration

Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited and any such accounts will be closed immediately. The name given at registration must match the name on your valid government-issued ID.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Policy

4 Deposits

The following mobile banking methods are accepted for depositing funds at bea88: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Each deposit transaction is generally processed instantly.

You may only use a payment method registered in your own name.
Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
If a transaction fails due to a technical issue, contact support with proof of the transaction.

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank, supported for direct transactions on bea88.

5 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

The withdrawal method must be the same as the deposit method used.
bea88 may request a copy of your ID as part of the verification process.
Winnings earned from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal (see clause 7).
bea88 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if fraudulent activity is suspected.
If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, withdrawals may be cancelled and the balance forfeited.

Bonuses & Promotion Policy

6 Welcome Bonus

New members at bea88 receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

Deposit ৳1,000 → receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
Deposit ৳12,000 → receive ৳5,000 bonus (maximum cap) → total balance ৳17,000

Please note: The bonus amount will never exceed ৳5,000, regardless of how much you deposit.

7 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, applied only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit amount.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = you must wager ৳25,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.
Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
Wagering contributions may vary for certain games — contact support for updates.
bea88 may run additional promotions, each with their own terms and conditions.

Warning: Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.

VIP Program & Cashback Policy

bea88 has five VIP tiers. Players are promoted based on their overall activity. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.7%
Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Players can move up to higher tiers through regular and active participation. bea88 reserves the right to change the VIP tier rules.

Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bea88 and, if detected, may result in account closure and legal action:

Attempting to obtain bonuses or rewards through fraudulent means.
Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
Exploiting any technical vulnerability or flaw in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
Creating accounts for minors or assisting them in playing.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

bea88 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

Breach of the Terms & Conditions.
